We offer bright and spacious rooms equipped with air conditioning, fan, and mosquito nets for your comfort. We have shared kitchen that is perfect for cooking, and two Comfort rooms. We have also our communal area and this is perfect, for you can socialize with other guests. The communal area is being protected by CCTV and we have also a fire alarm and fire extinguisher for emergency purposes. Each room has also a fire alarm to ensure your safety, and we also provide WiFi for your convenience.
Our location is ideal, as we are located near at the Southern Philippines Medical Center (SPMC), Metro Davao Medical and Research Center, University of the Immaculate Conception (UIC) as well as SM Lanang, Gaisano Grand Citygate Mall, and Abreeza Ayala Mall.
Since we are located at Buhangin area, we cannot prevent frequent water shortages in our region. However, we want everything to run smoothly, so we have set up a water storage facility that you can access at any time. In addition, the tap water is purified by a filter system.
